All purchases from Collecting Joy are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@collectingjoy.co with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right.
